Statement
This statement sets out Eidos’ policy with regard to the
treatment of information concerning game ideas, concepts, plots,
business proposals, characters etc. which you may wish to send
us.
You acknowledge that any information and material, which you
choose to give us, has been sent at your discretion and has not
been solicited by us. Accordingly, we shall not accept such information
and material under any obligations of confidentiality and we may
be free to disclose the information and material to any third
party for the purposes of evaluating its potential and possible
value to Eidos.
You further acknowledge that we continually invent and develop
new ideas and materials within our business and that we may already
have developed or be developing or have contemplated our own ideas
which are identical or similar to the information and material
which you have given us. In such event, we shall endeavour to
inform you as soon as reasonably practicable of our intention
not to proceed with your proposal, but assume no obligation to
do so, or to enter into any correspondence in relation thereto.
If you require the return of your information and material then
please let us know.
Accordingly, please do not send us any information or material
for evaluation or otherwise unless you agree to the above terms.
All persons submitting material and information will be required
to sign a submission letter in a form provided by Eidos as a condition
of evaluating any material or information submitted.
You should always retain a copy of the information and materials
which are sent to us. Eidos accepts no liability for loss or other
damage to the physical material submitted by you.
